Litecoin’s blockchain now has its own RPG: LiteBringer

Now you can earn cryptocurrencies by playing Litebringer, the new blockchain RPG Litecoin. The blockchain gaming revolution is approaching.

LiteBringer, the PC game developed by CipSoft, is now available. The fantasy RPG runs on the Litecoin blockchain, giving players the ability to win and trade Litecoin by completing missions and exchanges.

Many games have entered the blockchain universe in recent months. Between a Space Invaders retro arcade machine paying rewards on Nano and Satoshi’sGames’s Lightnite shooter, allowing players to trade and compete for Bitcoin, the relationship between cryptocurrency and games is growing. However, LiteBringer is the first game to establish itself on the Litecoin blockchain.

“LiteBringer embraces the revolutionary potential of blockchain like few games before. As a truly decentralized application, the entire game takes place on the Litecoin blockchain, with no server involved, giving players unprecedented control over the game, ”said CipSoft on the LiteBringer website.

LiteBringer players will be able to leverage the Litecoin blockchain to raise the bar for their RPG characters, exchange in-game content with other players and earn Litecoin through the game itself. Whenever a player makes a transaction with a withdrawal in the game, such as the purchase of a new weapon or cosmetic content for their character, this transaction will take place on the Litecoin blockchain.

In other words, access to the game depends entirely on the player’s access to Litecoin. Even character creation and mission availability are linked to Litecoin, so players will need at least a small amount of cryptocurrency in their wallets to start playing.

“LiteBringer takes security and true ownership to the next level because literally all of the game’s operations are recorded on the blockchain,” said Ulrich Schlott, product manager at CipSoft.

To protect their assets, players will also have a password and private key that will ensure that others cannot access their account.

With all game transactions taking place on the blockchain, LiteBringer’s developers specifically chose Litecoin as the most suitable host for the game. “LiteBringer is very vulnerable to spikes in transaction fees. If there is a spike – which happens on Ethereum from time to time, our game would become impossible to play during this period ”, said LiteBringer’s community manager.

“Our game needed a blockchain with low transaction costs and that does not increase,” added Constantin.

According to Constantin, another advantage of using the Litecoin blockchain is the opportunity for players to actually own their assets. “For example, the famous game Crypto Kitties: the kitten is a token whose data is interpreted by a server. The token without the server is just a meaningless piece of data. “

In contrast, LiteBringer offers players true token ownership. Constantin said: “Our game is different. As long as there is a customer and a miner, LiteBringer is immortal – and so are its assets. “
