Tron and Metal Pay sign partnership to bring TRX to Americans

Through a partnership with Metal Pay, the Tron Foundation seeks to gain visibility in addition to availability for citizens in the American territory.

TRON (TRX), one of the most popular cryptocurrencies today, will be available to more users as the project has entered into a partnership with Metal Pay – company that works with transfers of digital assets. In addition, TRON users will also be able to receive up to 5% cashback in MTL tokens, in eligible transactions, for sending and receiving USD through app from Metal Pay.

What does the partnership mean?

The cryptocurrency will be fully integrated into the mobile app from Metal Pay, so that TRX coins can be purchased through fiat currency, debit card or even through a linked checking account.

The partnership between both companies also means that American citizens will be able to instantly buy the cryptocurrency when paying with their VISA cards.

Another point that the partnership makes possible is to make crypto-crypto conversions between the more than 20 cryptocurrencies that the platform supports.

Featured convenience

Talking about convenience, Justin Sun – founder and CEO of the TRON Foundation, said:

Whether we think of something for users or developers, we care about convenience above all. […] We will always serve our community by giving our users simple, fast and secure access to TRX. With Metal Pay, we create the fastest possible TRX transaction infrastructure while maintaining exemplary security.

Still regarding the partnership, the integration with Metal Pay will further expand the exposure to cryptocurrencies that TRX users will have, while also demonstrating the versatility of digital currencies.

In that sense, Marshall Hayner – founder and CEO of Metal Pay, believes that this partnership will also accelerate the overall growth of TRON’s ecosystem.
